How about a Podcastathon, or Podathon? Recruit as many podcasters as possible. Choose a specific date and have each podcast record a special show to be posted on that date with a special appeal for donations, plus links to this site in their show notes, etc. This sort of thing is done on radio stations every year, I think for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Foundation?
